I’m Adam Hajnos, and I founded Well Aligned Studio to help brands solve complex problems through intentional design.

With over 18 years of experience, I’ve partnered with everyone from world-class tech companies and nationwide brands to early-stage startups and local businesses. Having navigated industries spanning healthcare, tech, restaurants, D2C, and retail, I’ve seen firsthand how a lack of alignment can derail even the best intentions.
